Best Curry In Town

I remembered I was on a not-so-serious diet, consuming veggies for almost a month – too much of it, I go mawkish. Admit that am a meat lover but again, too much meat could be fattening and trigger the risk of cancer due to the saturated fats, nitrites and nitrates from processed food like hotdogs, salami and ham. Am I complaining here? Well, I am trying to keep my diet balance all this while, no exercise, nothing. Walking counts? That's simply inbalanced. Okay, I'll stop grumping here! :D

Few weeks back, a few colleagues celebrated their birthday parties in a go and we ordered some food!

Curry Murry? Oh yeah! We've found the golden curry in town. The treasure of Indian culinary. That's gonna be Water Rise. Their curry was amazing, mild and thick gravy served with hot santan rice, gape on a mouthful followed by another. I've never tried out such tasty cuisine in my life but the curry was unique, blend with essential herbs and spices along with potatoes and chicken, retaining the originality of it's kind. That's awesome! It never gets bland although the gravy was a bit too oily. 5 stars given!

Birthday Cakes for 6 individuals. That choc' cake is sweet and rich within!

Fried Bee Hoon is relatively dry but savoured along with that thick curry gravy. Pass!

Stir fry cabbage with dry shrimps and green bean. Pass!

The winning recipe of all from Water Rise – The Chicken Curry. Oh yeah~ this is definitely my choice of curry gravy! Somewhat sweet, agreeable taste and generous amount of chicken wings / dumlets given.

Marianated deep fried prawn. Mmmm :) Another lovely dish.
