Off to Krabi

August 14, 2010 - 3:21 pm  Print This No Comments

It's that time of the season again, Holiday with fellow college mates! Did this 2 years ago to Bali Island and this time around we'll head north and west coast of southern Thailand, Krabi that is. I'm not too familiar with this place and heard many said it's a remote village or the sort but many claimed paradise, I'll have to check that out myself. I remembered ' The Beach ' were filmed there by Leonardo Dicaprio & music by All Saints. Ah, Ko Phi Phi Island to be exact. So what's paradise in mind? Turquoise Sea? White Sandy Shores? Marijuana (lol… joking)? Or just bland serenity one sought? :D  Great, Stay tune!

dang shi nin hang guk o lil guk sa ha na yo?

ye, chu kuen.

9th August will be Singapore's National Day and heard a lot of Singaporeans flocking out of the country for holidays. This time on, Korea seemed to be a popular destination for summer goers. 7 hours sounds long but it's just some distance away. Anyway, am off to this city with all sorts of cool architecture to glimpse on. Incheon airport specifically, was rated one of the best in the world after Changi & HKIA! I gotta check that out!

Team building is nothing new in an organisation and this trip is to fulfill the purpose of it. But let's say 90% of the time we'll be strolling @ major cities including down town Seoul, Cheong gye jeong, Suwon, Daepohang, Sorak, Dong Dae Mun, Myeong Dong so on, and so on.

I heard Airasia had recently launched flights from KL-Incheon too with as low as RM275 return ticket. This ticket we bought is S$938 per pax via SQ so I assume that future long haul flights to Incheon will be a bit cheaper competing with rivals like Airasia X. I believe commercial airline is much more viable compared to those flights that does not provide any entertainment and food on board. Likewise, Airasia X is still cheap on the go when it comes to promo.

I'll be roaming over so text message is welcome but online updates is mere I supposed. Let's see if they do provide Free Wi-Fi else where. Till then.

Happy Lunar New Year

February 12, 2010 - 1:11 pm  Print This No Comments

The yearly event is here. For once and only chance in a year for huge families to gather, unite, and sit around the clock whilst enjoying the atmospheric chinese new year eve with laughters.

This year is a bit different from previous years. Am very close to my second sister and without her prescence at home, it's kinda empty state there, sorta like lacking of certain entities but well, after her vows on the 31st jan, the path has set clear and I should wish her for the best in her new family and second phase.

It's undeniable hard to get over with kindred relations but that's the fact that everyone have to go through, apart of our life cycle; maybe am too much reliant on her on certain things, from financial to technical aspects, but well it's time to move on for greater good.

So the year 2009 (in chinese calander) has almost reach it's destined finale and we've seen and learnt from one another, gauge with fun & laughters, or even counter-malevolent noesis were part of the challenge. Not too bad, at least my resolution was acheived alright, that is to travel to the asian continents within reach. My mom did nagged about my fornale lifestyle bit I'll try to be frugal for at least, if I've got that chance to own a few properties – it should be in carefully weight. Sounds like a captious preps prepared for those hefty incoming investments. :D

Dearly, how could I ever missed out Halyconstudio yearly giveaways, or in other words – contest session. I was busy lately and never got any spare time for my site; pardon that, it's either a yes or a no. Answer is NO for this year (Awhh, too bad for that stingy joe). Well, when task were piled out and running out of resources, it's time to accumulate more for validity.

I was supposed to skip my lunar celebration this year to be frank as my parents ever suggested me of Beijing trip but well, the plan doesn't seemed to work out as planned due to some matters in between and that caused me extensively late to purchase my air ticket back home on time, but i do really hope to skip next year's CNY and off to somewhere. Old folks back then need some leisure and enjoy grandparents life.

Alright, hereby, I wish you a wonderful chinese new year to all folks in Kuching specifically, also those from other states and country as well, with well-wishes and blessings sincerely from Halyconstudio – Gong Xi Fa Chai, Happy Huhu (tiger) Year.
