It’s time to bring you some healthy food. I am sure you love it. Nowadays, we tend to have oily food with some cold beverage together. It’s UNHEALTHY. Because hot food always comes together with HOT beverage. All these time, we tend to forget these principals as hot + cold may collide and eventually we’ll suffer in the end.

Pst… suffer in the sense of high blood preasure, heart attack.

Let’s see what we have here.

Not much of a perference but fresh broccoli with shreded carrots, bean sprouts and mince meat. Don’t intend to cook this dish salty as I recommend little salt would do.

 

This is one of my favourite. Spreaded Fried Egg or in chinese ‘ ่‚‰่›‹ ‘ (bak nerng). My mom use to cook this. I miss it a lot. But it tasted good you know? Prepare yourself 3 eggs and beat it up. Mix with mince meat, a bit of salt and pepper for seasoning. Finally cook it in a pan in slow fire. Make sure it’s cook golden in colour and crispy.

Now this is Japanese rice. Mixed with something on top. What is it?

Oh, is non other than the WASABI SEAWEED SEASONING. It’s a perfect ‘whole meal’. I mean your rice is plain and something is missing there. Although it smells nice but without the seasoning, it won’t perfect after all. What this seasoning contains? Some seaweed, sesame, wasabi crunch and some herbs. Hehe!
